柴鱼炸豆腐
Fried Tofu with Bonito Flakes
材料

芙蓉豆腐⋯⋯⋯2块
2 furong tofus
柴鱼⋯⋯⋯⋯1小包
1 packet of bonito flakes
蛋⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯1个
1 egg
面粉⋯⋯⋯⋯2大匙
2 tbsp flour
蒜头⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯6粒
6 garlic cloves
调味料
Seasonings
酱油膏⋯⋯⋯1大匙
1 tbsp soy paste
水⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯1大匙
1 tbsp water
淡酱油⋯⋯⋯2大匙
2 tbsp light soy sauce
细砂糖⋯⋯⋯1茶匙
1 tsp caster sugar
味精⋯⋯⋯1/2茶匙
1/2 tsp MSG
做法
step by step
1.将蛋打散成蛋汁。将每块芙蓉豆腐都切成4小块,沾上一层干面粉,再沾蛋汁,最后沾上柴鱼。
Beat egg into egg liquid. Cut each tofu into 4 small pieces, coat them with flour, then dip in egg liquid, finally smear with bonito flakes.
2.锅中加480CC油,烧至温油,放入1,以中火炸2分钟,捞出,排盘。
In a warm wok coated with 480CC oil, add on everything as the step 1 does, deep-fry with a medium fire for 2 minutes, remove, arrange on a serving plate.
3.将蒜头切末,加调味料调匀,放入小碟中,食用时沾着吃即可。
Mince garlic cloves, add on all the seasonings, mix well, place in a saucer, while eating fried tofus, goes with the sauce for dipping. Serve.
